History:
Years ago Eric and Alex had a romance that her father Brandon didnt approve of causing Alex to leave home with Eric. Alex became pregnant and delivered twins, Nick, who Eric sold shortly after his birth, and Brandon. Named after Alex's father. Alex, not knowing Nick existed, stayed with Eric raising Brandon. Brandon, Alex's father eventually paid Eric to leave Alex, which he did taking Brandon with him. A betrayal from which Alex never recovered.
